Key Responsibilities
Digital Brand Leadership
- Lead and develop brand management strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and grow our SG social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter) with localised content strategies
- Produce high-impact promotional videos (concept-to-delivery) and maintain consistent posting schedules
- Analyse and continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), e.g. Returns-on-Investment (ROI), sales growth, website traffic, social media engagement, consumer insights
Multi-platform Brand Amplification
· Increase brand awareness and grow market share across target segments.
· Prepare and present detailed quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
· Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
· Drive footfall to our showroom
· Plan and execute integrated campaigns (online/offline) for product launches and brand initiatives
· Coordinate pop-up events and collaborations with SG influencers/partners
Who We Want
· 5+ years marketing experience
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
· Fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous as the incumbent will need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
· Proven track record in managing SG social accounts
· Expertise in video production and analytics tools
· Ability to thrive in SG startup culture
