Core Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Handling routine and emergency servicing of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conducting scheduled checks and servicing to avoid breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing technical issues and system malfunctions.
- Corrective Action: Implementing repairs or component replacements to restore systems.
- Safety: Ensuring all building systems comply with safety regulations and addressing hazards promptly.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
Specific Tasks:
- HVAC: Regular servicing and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Plumbing: Fixing leaks, maintaining fixtures, and ensuring plumbing integrity.
- Electrical: Troubleshooting and repairing wiring, circuits, and electrical equipment.

Candidate Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and automation.
