Job Title: Bus Driver
Department: Operations / Facilities
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting members, guests, and staff between designated pick-up/drop-off points and Changi Beach Club, ensuring punctuality, comfort, and safety at all times. The driver will also support logistical transport needs for Club events and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the Club’s bus along assigned routes and schedules.
- Pick up and drop off members, guests, and staff at designated locations.
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor.
- Keep the bus clean and presentable at all times.
- Maintain accurate mileage and trip records.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to all passengers.
- Assist elderly or mobility-impaired passengers, if needed.
- Support transport for events, including setup/teardown logistics if required.
- Ensure compliance with all road safety and traffic regulations.
- Adhere to the Club’s code of conduct and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid Singapore Class 4 or Class 4A Driving License.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, or rotating shifts as scheduled.
- Physically fit and able to assist with light loading/unloading tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive service attitude.
