Eduquest International Institute is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across both corporate and individual segments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving WSQ corporate sales, expanding our portfolio of clients, and promoting our key training areas including Digital Skills, AI Courses, Critical Core Skills and other in-demand courses.
This role requires a strong understanding of the Private Education / Continuing Education and Training (CET) market in Singapore, with a proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding corporate accounts and individual sales.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in line with Eduquest’s training offerings.
- Develop and execute strategies to promote WSQ / Non WSQ / funded courses and other government-supported programs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling corporate proposals, presentations, and training solutions tailored to client needs.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on training solutions, funding schemes, and workforce upskilling initiatives.
- Work closely with HR and L&D leaders of organizations to design and deliver impactful training roadmaps.
Sales Management & Reporting
- Develop, implement, and track sales pipelines to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, academic, operations) to ensure seamless program delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development and Sales within the CET / Training & Education sector in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of WSQ framework, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) policies, and government funding schemes.
- Demonstrated ability to network, engage, and build strong relationships with corporates and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
