- Bring awareness of JEB Acoustic Partitions, Furniture solutions and SOS to key A&Ds in Singapore
- Connect with key PMs/GCs in Singapore with support from Sales team provide confidence in our ability to deliver
- Be available to attend in person / VC sales meetings with A&D / PMs / Clients
- Represent JEB to ensure that the highest level of service and professionalism is maintained
- Coordinate with JEB offices and make use of Salesforce to check whether JEB has worked with potential clients in other regions, to establish local connection for all JEB Global key Clients to create opportunities and leverage success in Singapore
- Work with Marketing Manager to tailor marketing materials for Singapore market
- Generate opportunities and bring them to our Sales teams
- Provide monthly reports on BD activities and leads and be part of regional business development meetings with other regions.
- Keep track of upcoming projects until they are fully passed onto the sales team
- Work closely with sales team to learn about our products and services we offer to clients
- Make cold/warm calls whenever required to open new doors and maintain relationships
- Drive new client relationships, opportunities and business development activities of the company
- Generate leads by market research & industry trends, identify and secure meetings with prospective client decision makers and company directors
- Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends
- Actively seek out new business opportunities, using your own network and outreaching potential future clients
- Participating in client-facing meetings and business development efforts including cross-selling opportunities across all JEB Group businesses
- Meet regularly with existing clients, A&D industry leaders, helping to build strong rapport for long lasting relationships, leveraging off the JEB Group network
- Support the sales teams to manage project pitching activities
- Assist in customer-facing events, workshops and campaigns with support from JEB’s Regional Marketing, showroom and client service teams
- Collaborate and communicate clearly with JEB Regional BD teams to identify key project opportunities
- Seeking out and attending industry conferences (live or virtual) and providing feedback on market developments
- With support from the marketing team, develop and deliver high quality proposal documents and presentations, based on thorough review and understanding of client brief
- Track and record activities on accounts
- At all times represent Company in a professional and well-polished manner
