We are seeking a Business Development & Sales professional who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
This is a role for someone who thrives on networking, pitching, and closing deals , and who is excited about connecting brands with Confetto’s unique approach to social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition
Identify, prospect, and reach out to potential clients in fashion, beauty, F&B, and lifestyle industries .
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, inbound inquiries, and proactive outreach.
Pitch Confetto’s services with confidence and tailor proposals to client needs. - Sales & Revenue Growth
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement sales strategies.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with agency growth goals. - Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with prospective clients to convert them into loyal partners.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding brand needs and positioning Confetto as the go-to social agency.
Work closely with the Account Manager team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process. - Market & Industry Insights
Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, social media, and the industries Confetto serves.
Identify new opportunities for services or partnerships that can drive agency growth.
Represent Confetto at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency or marketing background preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network in fashion, beauty, F&B, or lifestyle sectors is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Passion for social media, creativity, and helping brands grow.
