- Updating of project progress and arrangement of Subcontractors
- Be point of contact in project coordination
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for project related matters
- Data entry & tidying up of information in intranet system
- Preparation and compilation of reports
- e-filing of documents into company server
- Assist in procuring of items/equipment
- Be able to manage relationships among stakeholders
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
