Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of exhibitions, forums, and brand promotion activities
- Coordinate with government agencies, industry associations, and other external parties; arrange meetings and communications.
- Assist in the preparation, filing, and management of business contracts, cooperation agreements, and project documents.
- Track project progress, coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and organize business documents, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Support customer visits, business inspections, and related reception arrangements.
- Assist in other business and administrative tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above, major in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related fields preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and business writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office with document organization and filing skills.
- Experience in exhibitions, forums, or project support is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with a strong sense of teamwork.
