- Experience in managing commodities highly desirable
- Experience in managing GST compliance for orders flowing through FTWZ and SEZ highly desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the World Wide Technology Core Values and Corporate Goals
- Daily processing of requisitions and purchase order placement
- Manage coordination of shipment of drop ship and cross dock orders
- Participate in customer reviews, drafting, and presenting data-based key performances indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with customer and suppliers to minimize costs of material introductions and phase-outs
- Act as point-of-contact for assigned projects’ procurement needs
- Timely disposition and execution of action plan for non-conformance parts and returns.
- Execute RTV process flow as required
- Coordinate with Finance and suppliers to minimize backlog and/or discrepancy of invoices
- Interact with and support various customer requests
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, management, WWT warehouse, and WWT coordinators to ensure customer requirements are met
- Any other projects, duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
