Set within a romantic, garden-inspired setting, Le Jardin is a French-European restaurant that blends elegance, nature, and heartfelt hospitality. We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Front of House Supervisor to join our team and lead day-to-day operations with grace and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead the service team during shifts, delegate tasks, and maintain high service standards.
- Greet and engage guests warmly, handle feedback or complaints professionally.
- Assist in training and guiding junior staff, ensuring consistency in performance and presentation.
- Manage table seating, reservations, and guest flow, especially during peak hours or events.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Perform daily opening/closing duties, POS operations, and uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role in F&B.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, confident, and guest-focused with a positive attitude.
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts when required.
- Basic knowledge of French-European cuisine and wine service is an advantage.
- Passionate about hospitality and leading a team by example.
