Company Overview
A well-established automotive workshop is seeking a skilled Car Mechanic to join their team. The company handles a wide range of vehicle repairs and servicing, including Japanese, Korean, European, and German makes.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,800 (based on experience)
- Rest Days: 6 off-days per month (1.5 rest days between Mon–Fri)
- Annual Leave: 7 days, increases by 1 day annually (up to 14 days)
- Sick Leave: 14 days/year
- Performance Bonus: Year-end bonus based on individual and company performance
- Accommodation: Provided by the employer
- Quota Available: Yes (open to eligible foreign applicants)
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday
- Rotational off-days, flexible within weekdays
Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of vehicles
- Handle small vans and passenger cars across multiple brands (e.g., Japanese, Korean, European)
- Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs independently
- Ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery of vehicles
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant automotive repair experience
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with basic English communication (for work instructions and documentation)
- Candidates with experience in Malaysia automotive workshops are welcome to apply
- Open to both local and overseas candidates (commuting from Malaysia acceptable)
