Job Description:
- Indoor Sales - Closing sales and sourcing potential new leads.
- Ensure individual sales targets are met.
- Attend to counter and outlet duties.
- Perform whole vehicle rental process from attending to inquiries, preparation of quotation and Rental Agreement, to book and check in/ out cars in accordance with the sales workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service and quality after sales service.
- Maintain good relationship with customers to achieve high customer retention rate
- Manage and follow up on customer’s ageing account.
- Be kept abreast of market changes, competitor pricing and promotions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in car rental.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient with computer systems and technology.
