Key Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and execution of the company’s financial strategy to support international expansion and capital market initiatives.
- Build and enhance the company’s financial management systems, including accounting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and compliance.
- Provide financial analysis and risk management insights to support strategic business decisions and sustainable growth.
- Drive capital market activities, including fundraising, investor relations, and end-to-end IPO execution, with a strong focus on NASDAQ listing.
- Establish and lead the finance team, ensuring continuous capability development and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles within internet or technology companies, with strong exposure to cross-border capital operations and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in managing or leading a successful NASDAQ IPO process.
- Candidates with backgrounds from leading global investment banks are strongly preferred, such as Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup.
- Strong strategic thinking, capital market expertise, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as the role requires regular collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders in China.
