We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team. You will help to bring authentic flavours to our kitchen!
Key Responsibilities:
- Cook curry rice and braised pork rice.
- Well-versed in various cooking techniques and have a keen eye for detail to ensure every dish meets our standards.
- Keeping cleanliness and hygiene standards at all stations, adhering to safety regulations.
- Stock taking and inventory management. Ensure compliance with all food safety and license requirements, maintaining relevant certifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in cooking roles, preferably with expertise in Asian cuisine.
- Holding a valid food license/certification.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, flavorful dishes.
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene and food handling standards. Good communication and ability to work under pressure.
