• Precious Metal extraction using various equipment

• Perform laboratory elemental analysis using ICEP OES

• Monitor chemical processes and adjust parameters to maintain product quality and process efficiency

• Lead and train chemist to ensure a high-performing team

• Conduct or oversee laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

• Maintain and manage equipment, consumables, and chemicals

• Prepare and execute operational documents, ISO, and procedures

• Assist and ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety (EHS), NEA regulations and guidelines, general risk assessments and other safety assessments.
