- Check that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Refill cleaning solutions, sanitizers, and other necessary items.
- Perform a final walkthrough of all areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for service. Address any last-minute cleaning needs or issues.

- If the customer requests for additional order, inform the staff who can take orders immediately.
- Keep the outlet clean at all times.
- Check the toilets hourly to check the hygiene and cleanliness of the toilets. This applies to Outlets that have toilet facility within the Outlet.
- Clear the public areas after the Outlet is closed. Turn off or unplug any non- essential electrical equipment.
- Empty all trash bins and replace bin liners. Dispose food waste properly to avoid attracting pests.
- Wipe down all counters, tables, and surfaces with appropriate cleaning solutions. Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and payment terminals.
- Sweep all floor areas. Mop floors with a suitable disinfectant provided, paying attention to corners and edges.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and mirrors. Refill soap dispensers, paper towel, and toilet paper. Empty trash bins and clean the floors.
- Final Check:
Inspect all areas to ensure all cleaning tasks have been completed.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is cleaned before storing in the designated area.
Turn off lights and secure the outlet by locking doors and setting alarms if applicable.
Before leaving the premise, check all enclosed areas in the Outlet e.g. VIP Rooms, Toilets, staff pantry etc. to ensure there is no one left in the Outlet.
