Position: Clinic Nurse Location: Pro Digestive Gastroenterology @ Farrer Park Job Type: Full-Time (Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm and Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm) Salary: $3000 - $3500

As we grow, we are looking for a motivated Clinic nurse to help provide an exceptional experience for all of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Support: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, assist with daily clinic operations, and manage patient flow to ensure smooth operations.
- Front Counter Duties: Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling and phone inquiries.
- Payment Handling & Insurance: Process invoices, payment collection (Credit cards/Cash/PayNow), insurance claims and assist with billing-related enquiries.
- Clinical Assistance: Support Doctor during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Inventory Management: Monitor clinic supplies, maintain appropriate stock levels, and manage reordering.
- Medication Dispensing: Assist in dispensing medication
- Daily Closing of Collections: Perform daily closing of collections and ensure all payments are accurately recorded.
- General Office Duties: Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Nursing Duties (depending on qualification): Vaccination, wound dressing, stitch removal etc
Requirements:
- GCE “O” level and above; additional certifications in medical assisting or administrative support are a plus.
- Nursing qualifications eg Bsc in Nursing
- Good communication skills (please indicate languages spoken)
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and able to work with computer programmes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to customer service.
- Basic computer and office software proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
