Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and cleaning of milling equipment.
- Monitor machinery performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Document production metrics and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to senior operators.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement in the milling process.
