The Role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator cum Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in AutoCAD and experienced in coordinating with main contractors, and internal workers on site .
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate project requirements with main contractors, and internal teams.
- Plan and schedule work progress to meet project timelines.
- Supervise and guide workers to ensure quality and compliance.
- Handle site-related issues and provide practical solutions.
- Monitor project progress and report to management.
Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D preferred).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination/drafting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of construction processes and site supervision is an advantage.
