Our client is a prominent Singapore-based organization and is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to be part of their dynamic team. In this role, you will support the team lead to review, design and implement effective C&B strategies and recognition programs.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive, cost-effective pay structures while supporting the stakeholders on all C&B matters.
- Manage all compensation-related projects, salary reviews, increments, bonus payouts, and other ad-hoc payments to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Oversee employee benefits, insurance, wellness programs, and ensure efficient administration through HRIS and vendor coordination.
- Manage vendor relationships and support budget planning for C&B programs, including approvals and procurement processes.
- Provide guidance and support to the Compensation & Benefits team on all related matters, working closely with the team lead.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits administration, with strong foundation in HR
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in Excel. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
