Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the condominium
Supervise and co-ordinate all maintenance and site staff
Engage maintenance, repairs and improvement to the condominium
Manage contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations
Manage expenditure , budgets, financial records and vendor contracts
Ensure compliance with Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA), relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies
Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all councils meetings & AGM.
Job Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in condominium management
Mature and independent with the ability to lead team
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS office and IT Savvy
Knowledge of BMSMA and understanding of general building defects will be a plus
