Job Title: Construction Administrator
Salary Range: S$5,000 – S$5,800 (Gross Salary)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 5-day work week
Rest Days: 8 days off per month (including weekends and public holidays as per company schedule)
Location: Geylang Bahru (Downtown Line DT24), Singapore
About the Employer
Our client is a reputable construction and interior design company handling both commercial and residential projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage submission processes for construction-related approvals (e.g. planning permits, building permits).
- Collect, review, and verify submission documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Submit applications to authorities, track progress, and coordinate to resolve any issues (e.g. additional documents, compliance adjustments).
- Maintain and archive approval records and certificates.
- Stay updated with relevant regulations and industry policies to support project compliance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local submission and approval processes.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: S$5,000 – S$5,800
- Annual Leave: 10 days (starting)
- Medical Leave: 14 days
