Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure quality and progress according to schedule
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to construction and safety standards.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of work, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, and material usage logs.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to site workers.
- Report daily progress and any issues to the Project Manager.
- Handle emergencies and resolve any work-related problems that may arise on site.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in site supervision or construction activities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and other relevant safety courses is an advantage.
