About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors Trainee to participate in a comprehensive training program covering multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and foundational knowledge in Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System (LMS), and Compensation. You will learn to configure, implement, and support core HR processes on the SuccessFactors platform, with a focus on extensibility, clean core principles, and real-world application.
What You Can Expect
- End-to-end training across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central /Recruitment /Performance & Goals/ LMS /Compensation/SAP AI.
- Practical exposure to Position Management, workflows, HRIS elements, and talent management processes.
- Learning through configuration walkthroughs, HR transaction simulations, and sandbox exercises.
- Demonstrations of business rule creation, email trigger customization, and workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with metadata framework (MDF), object configuration, and permission models.
- Sessions on platform maintenance, data models, and user provisioning.
- Peer learning and collaboration opportunities within functional teams.
- Emphasis on practical system use, clean configuration, and sustainable HR transformation.
- Foundational training on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to help you understand and set up basic system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programs covering architecture and configuration of multiple SuccessFactors modules.
- Learn to build MDF objects, workflows, SAP Joule AI ,business rules, and event triggers across modules.
- Engage in sandbox sessions for hands-on practice with custom configurations and HR scenarios.
- Practice in self-service scenarios, data validations, approval logic, and role-based permissions.
- Gain understanding of implementation and support lifecycle for each module.
- Receive feedback and coaching throughout the course to support your learning journey.
- Utilize training materials and resources to stay updated with platform enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least a Degree/Diploma in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or other relevant courses like Business Infotechnology.
- Interest in SAP SuccessFactors and cloud-based HR solutions.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Exposure to or interest in HRIS lifecycle and HR service delivery.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to engage in both instructor-led and virtual training formats.
- Basic understanding of business processes in HR, recruitment, performance, learning, and compensation.
- Awareness of HR compliance and data privacy practices.
- Experience with project documentation (process maps, test cases, quick reference guides).
