We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our central kitchen team. You will play an important role in supporting daily operations, ensuring consistency in food preparation, and upholding our standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standard recipes and guidelines.
- Perform daily cutting, portioning, preperation
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to support smooth operations. Assist in new recipe trials or R&D projects when required.
Job Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a central kitchen, catering, or restaurant environment.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Strong awareness of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different cooking styles and cuisines.
