JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure standards for food quality and preparation
- Ensure hygiene practices are followed according to the SOPs when preparing and presenting food
- Prepare and make Manual La Mian(手工拉面), Dumpling, XiaoLongBao and Dim Sum
- Prepare and cook braised beef, braised meat and beef soup, pork ribs soup etc. cooked food
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products and ensure that food safety standards are met
- Quality control of all La Mian & Dim Sum items before they are served
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficent in flour based La Mian Dim Sum, 3 years of relevant experience in Manual La Mian(手工拉面), Dumpling, XiaoLongBao etc. Chinese Dim Sum
- Relevant culinary experience preferably in braised meat and cook meat bone soup
- Possess WSQ Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures.
- Physically fit
- Able to make dough from scratch
- Able to handle heavy stuffs like flour bag 25 kg
- Able to work long hours, weekends and public holiday
- Able to work night shift
- Able to Multi-tasks and work under pressure
