Salary: $2800-$3200 + Sales bonus + AWS

Job Description
- Present and promote the centre’s programmes to prospective parents and students
- Conduct consultations and provide personalised course recommendations
- Follow up on enquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins and marketing campaigns
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly enrolment targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students
- Advise existing parents on programme changes, class schedules and fee matters
- Support and participate in roadshows, open houses and promotional events
- Manage enrolment processes, fee collection, scheduling and CRM updates
- Prepare regular sales reports and track performance
- Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth student onboarding Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to team initiatives
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Levels or Diploma (preferably in Education or related field)
- 1–2 years’ sales and customer service experience (CRM knowledge an advantage)
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Able to work 5 days/week, including 1 weekend
- Bilingual skills will be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking parents/students
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, organised and a strong team player
