We’re looking for a creative hybrid — someone who can design, shoot, edit, and think. You’ll help bring our brand to life through scroll-stopping visuals, social media content, and campaign assets. If you’re the kind of person who sends inspo links to your friends before they trend, we want to talk.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute content ideas across social media, campaigns, and web
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, testimonials, treatment clips)
- Design digital assets — layouts, EDMs, social posts, treatment menus, moodboards
- Plan and style shoots (products, treatments, lifestyle) with a strong visual POV
- Propose ideas weekly based on social trends, customer insight, and brand tone
- Work closely with our marketing and founder to keep visuals sharp, clean, and on-brand
- Ensure quick turnaround of content without compromising creativity
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have a strong eye for design, typography, layout, and storytelling
- Know how to shoot content using a camera or phone (bonus: can direct talent)
- Edit efficiently with tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
- Are fast, adaptable, and can work without being micro-managed
- Understand what works on Instagram, TikTok, and Stories
- Are resourceful — you know how to get the shot and make it pop without overthinking
Bonus: Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content creation
