As the company expands its presence and brand influence, it seeks a visionary and hands-on Creative Director to lead the creative function and elevate the company’s visual identity and storytelling across digital and physical channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall creative vision and brand narrative across platforms and markets
- Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary in-house creative team, including visual designers, copywriters, and UI/UX professionals
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to ensure creative alignment with business goals
- Drive high-quality execution of creative assets for advertising, social media, website, email, print, and in-app content
- Ensure consistency in visual language, tone of voice, and brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Provide creative direction on key initiatives such as rebranding, growth campaigns, and investor communications
- Evaluate creative performance using relevant KPIs and make data-driven enhancements Manage agency relationships and creative vendors as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field
- At least 15 years of creative experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction across digital, branding, and integrated campaigns
- Experience working in or with fintech, tech, or high-growth digital businesses
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Strategic mindset with a strong grasp of digital storytelling and customer-centric design Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with motion/interactive content is a plus
