Role Overview
As our Creative Ops Ninja, you will be the organized heartbeat of our operations with a creative spark. You’ll manage the behind-the-scenes logistics of social media shoots, create streamlined filming plans, and support our creative team to bring campaigns to life flawlessly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves structure, but isn’t afraid to think outside the box.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute filming schedules for social media content shoots and Live Streams ensuring smooth workflows
- Manage operational logistics: locations, equipment, talent coordination and timelines
- Continuously seek ways to optimize processes for efficiency and creativity
- Assist with post-production coordination and content delivery as needed
- Support day-to-day agency operations with a hands-on, can-do attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh poly/uni graduates welcome
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Creative thinker who can visualize how content shoots should flow and anticipate potential challenges
- Strong communication skills and comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external vendors/talent
- Passion for social media trends, content creation, and storytelling
- Experience or interest in production planning, video shoots, or creative project management
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,500.00 per month
