We are currently looking for a high-energy, driven, and eloquent Finance Executive focusing on Credit Control / Accounts Receivables. You will be working closely with our Finance Manager as well as our business development team.
- Following up on buyers' payments and ensuring that payment schedules are met
- Updating accounts receivables portal on buyers comments/conversations/exchanges
- Discussing and planning with Finance Manager on ageing report, buyers' alternative payment schedules, and buyers' information
- Invoicing to all buyers during end month closing and ensuring accurate price/amount reflection
- Data Entry of all orders/billings/credit notes into our system
- Assist in other month-end activities
- Assist in administrative works
- Assist the Finance Manager to with ad-hoc tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
