Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert travel advice and sell cruise packages to clients.
- Making cruise reservations via the cruise line B2C platforms.
- Handle walk-in customer inquiries efficiently, providing detailed information on cruise itineraries, fares, and other related travel products.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs and promoting suitable cruise products to clients.
- Stay informed about the latest travel industry trends, destination information, and visa requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the travel industry with a strong sales track record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Working hours: Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm; Alternate Sat 9am-1pm.
Remuneration: $2,400 - $2,800
