- Basic IT knowledge

- Ability to Multitask / Willing to handle multiple service calls
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Ability to draft professional email respond back to customers
- Have experience dealing with email correspondence thus requiring little to no supervision in vetting through the composed email
- Familiar with excel (lookup, pivot table, graph) to generate reports
- 5.5 days (44 hours per week)
- Working hours: Mon to Fri (2 shifts): 8.30am to 8.30pm (830am to 530pm) & (1130pm to 830pm) Sat: 830am to 1pm
- Kaki Bukit office
