The Customs Brokerage Analyst/Executive will support the Contract Logistics in effective and efficient customs documentations and facilitate the clearance of goods through customs. The incumbent also ensure Crane Worldwide Logistics Singapore complies with all customs regulations.

Prepare customs documentation and ensure that shipments meet all applicable Customs laws and regulations to facilitate the import & export, movement and clearance of goods and cargoes.

Ensure all duties, taxes, and fees are paid promptly.

Coordinate and work with stakeholders which includes government agencies and customers to ensure a timely and efficient process for the import and export of goods.

Advise customers on Customs processes and any tax and duties payable.

Stay updated and current on changes in customs regulations and directives.
Requirements
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Possess knowledge of Customs regulations, policies and directives.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Possess Tertiary qualifications.
- Experience in Customs processes in Contract Logistics
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in similar capacity
- Certified with Singapore Customs Certifications & Declarants
