This role reports to the Assistant Director/Director, Technology
You will be part of a team looking to define the role of technology in primary healthcare. You will be exposed to the multifaceted challenges of the job and work closely with our stakeholders to deliver a shared vision of healthcare.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Processing
- Work closely with SWE to set up tables and DBs
- Extract, transform and processing of large data sets across multiple sources
- Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation techniques/software/processes within the ETL layer
- Monitor ELT layer and constantly optimise for performance
2. Data Visualisation and Analytics
- Familiarity with Data Visualisation tools – Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight
- Familiarity with setting up relational databases and SQL queries
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to create data visualisation dashboards to reduce on manual data analytics
- Proactively provide business units with data driven business insights and various business units with information request for them to achieve their goals.
- Assist research teams in data analysis and visualisation for research projects for publication
- Assist clinical team to track patient outcomes and service delivery statuses.
3. Predictive Analytics
- Experience with major programming language R/Python, prior experience in ML and NLP
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to create predictive tools to achieve patient and business outcomes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree/master’s or PhD in CS, Information Technology or relevant field
2. Graduate degrees or experience in Medical Informatics preferred
3. Prior experience with AWS, Azure Data Factor and the relevant Cloud interfaces.
4. Proficiency in writing and optimising SQL queries
5. Familiarity with Data Governance, Security and RBACs
6. Prior experience with use of Generative AI and prompt engineering
