About the Programme
Successful applicants will go through a fully sponsored, full-time BootCamp (3–4 months) followed by deployment to our hiring partners .
BootCamp Phase
- Duration: 3–4 months
- Full-time, in-person training
- Monthly training allowance provided
- Hands-on, project-based curriculum covering data engineering best practices
Deployment Phase
- Duration: 3 years
- Full-time salaried position
- Work on critical data infrastructure and real-world engineering challenges
- Ongoing mentorship and learning support
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure data pipelines
- Own the health and performance of pipeline infrastructure
- Monitor and improve data quality, reliability, and availability
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers
- Continuously look for ways to streamline and optimise data workflows

Preferred (but not required) Technical Skills
If you already have some experience, great, but no experience is required to apply.
- Python (for scripting and automation)
- Data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g. Apache Airflow, AWS Step Functions)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j, MinIO/S3
- RDBMS: MSSQL, PostgreSQL
- Schema design (Normalised, Denormalised, Star Schema)
- Data access authorisation and backup strategies
- Basic familiarity with BI tools like Tableau
- Operating systems: Windows, Linux
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience with AWS tech stack
