Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 General Builder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works.
- Responsible for preparing construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.
- Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation teams.
REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm
- Be able to read and understand construction drawings. Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
