Design & Marketing Executive
Who is this for?
We are looking for a Marketing Executive with a Design background to join us. This hybrid role is ideal for someone passionate about both visual storytelling and marketing strategy. You will play a key role in supporting campaigns and creating engaging visuals across digital and print platforms. If you have an eye for design, love crafting content, and enjoy bringing ideas to life, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
You will report to the Marketing Manager and work as part of the marketing team. The job involves communicating with various teams, including Retail/Ecommerce/F&B.
What do we expect from you?
Marketing
- Assist in brainstorming, planning and executing marketing campaigns (product launches, festive promos, events)
- Support email marketing efforts
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Monitor campaign performance and track basic KPIs (engagement, reach, clicks)
- Draft marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Create product concepts (e.g., Floral, gifting) aligned with seasonal or campaign themes. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for campaign rollouts
Creative
- Working with the designer to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including: Social media visuals, Website banners, Digital ads (Meta, Google), EDMs and newsletters, Print materials (flyers, posters, brochures)
- Support photography (product) or short-form video production for social content (Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.).
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, or freelancers when needed
- Support product styling, product design, or visual merchandising (Retail/F&B)
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager in ideation, planning, developing, and executing marketing/promotional campaigns (both offline and online
Marketing Support & Admin
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, or freelancers when necessary.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and marketing innovations.
- Assist in campaign execution when needed, especially in Major events (Eg, Valentine’s & Mother’s Day)
- Support customer engagement efforts (campaign replies, giveaways, etc.)
- Maintain media asset libraries and marketing archives Prepare simple reports or presentations for marketing reviews
What do we need from you?
- Diploma in Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Familiar with social media platforms, digital marketing, and basic performance tracking
- Basic copywriting skills
