Responsibilities:
· Deeply analyze TikTok Shop buyer needs/pain points, delivering innovative promotion design solutions for full-funnel product scenarios (marketing tools, campaigns, promotion touchpoints) to reach the marketing goals, and enhance the user experience.
· Lead user/competitor analysis to explore creative design ideas; communicate plans clearly to cross-functional teams/partners for seamless execution.
· Apply component-based thinking with Figma to ensure design consistency in experience and expression.
· Collaborate with product, operations, and tech teams to develop interactive prototypes and high-quality UX/UI designs, aligning function, interaction, and visuals with marketing goals.
