- Handle specialist clinics by building, planning and rolling out appropriate marketing angles.
- Write engaging and relevant content for various platforms.
- Responsible for content management and handling various social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) of all clinic accounts (content, landing pages, SEO-centric articles, POS materials, etc.)
- Handling group accounts and liaising with multiple marketing agencies, vendors & business partners
- Allocate budgets and timelines for each campaign. Analyze the effect of each campaign and update content periodically for social media pages and websites
- Launch optimized online advertisements to increase company brand awareness and support business growth.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Experience with project management or account management would be advantageous
- Ad hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Qualification
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a bonus
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing Mass Communications, Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
- Knowledge in other word processing and web analytics tools will be advantage
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive and result-oriented
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
