Responsibilities
- Proactively engage working professionals through face-to-face to introduce relevant training opportunities.
- Recommend training solutions tailored to individual career goals and industry demands.
- Drive outreach through social media, networking, corporate events, roadshows, and class visits.
- Identify and generate leads, following up with potential customers to close sales and achieve personal targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, employers, and industry stakeholders to expand the outreach network.
- Manage customer inquiries to ensure seamless enrolment experiences.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, business development, or recruitment.
- Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset, proactive in identifying and converting sales opportunities.
