Job Description
- Respond promptly to emergency requests by delivering or collecting critical CPV documents.
- Ensure the safe and secure handling of documents while navigating efficiently through designated routes.
- Provide courteous, personalized attention during pickups and deliveries.
- Address customer queries on the spot and assist in resolving issues within the stipulated timeframe.
- Assist clients with urgent application submissions by ensuring timely delivery of necessary documents.
Job Requirements
- Possess a 'O' Level or Secondary school certificate and/or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Minimum 1-3 years in Customers Handling role required.
- Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of Indian dialects is essential
