JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for day to day operations and management of a dormitory
- Monitors the briefing of house rules and regulations for newly registered workers.
- Liaison with government authorities/ statutory boards, engineers on all approval matters relating to management, security, and maintenance of the building
- To oversee and supervise the duties of the security team, maintenance team, cleaning personnel, and vendors with whom the dormitory has service agreements.
- Records check-in/check-out movement in the system with assistance from Security Team
- Providing records of movement, historical and present data to authorities
- Reports violation of dormitory house rules and files incident reports
- Clear record keeping of workers work-site and company
- Manages the medical support plan for the dormitory (additional due to COVID-19 measures)
- Ensure that all caterers deliver meals on time
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Leadership skills required
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good written and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Able to start work immediately or in a short period.
