Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to transport passengers or goods safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a valid Singapore driving license, good knowledge of road regulations, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain assigned vehicles (car, van, lorry, bus, taxi, etc.).
- Follow planned routes or GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals.
- Transport passengers or goods in a safe and professional manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (check fuel, oil, brakes, tires, etc.).
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Assist passengers with luggage or loading/unloading goods when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
- Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues to management.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3, 4, 5 for heavy vehicles; PDVL for private hire/taxi).
- Minimum 1-2 years of driving experience (preferred for some roles).
- Clean driving record (no major traffic offenses).
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic regulations .
- Physically fit (for roles involving loading/unloading).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious.
Preferred Skills (Depending on Role):
- Experience with GPS/navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze).
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
- For taxi/private hire: PDVL/TDVL certification .
- For heavy vehicles: Class 4/5 license and relevant experience .
Working Conditions:
- Flexible shifts (day/night, weekends, public holidays if required).
- May involve long hours of driving.
- Some roles may require heavy lifting (e.g., delivery drivers).
