Our client is an internatinal online Retail company. They are looking for a E-Commerce Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located at the East - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Strategy & Market Analysis: Develop and execute strategic e-commerce plans aligned with business goals, while analyzing market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Website & User Experience Management: Oversee website performance, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly interface through ongoing enhancements to design, navigation, and functionality.
- Digital Marketing & Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic, conversions, and retention via SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Inventory, Fulfillment & Customer Experience: Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and efficient order processing, while resolving customer issues and improving satisfaction.
- Analytics, Reporting & Team Leadership: Leverage data to optimize performance and user experience, while managing a team of e-commerce professionals in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 3 years e-commerce managerial experience or in a similar capacity.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and web development.
- Proficiency with web analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
