Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day online business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Unicommerce, Shopify, and EasyRoutes, ensuring smooth order management, fulfillment, logistics coordination, and customer experience. You will be responsible for supervising the operations team, streamlining workflows, and driving operational efficiency across multiple e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Inventory Management
- Oversee end-to-end order processing using Unicommerce OMS and ensure timely order dispatch.
- Manage inventory synchronization across multiple sales channels (Shopify, marketplaces, etc.). Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and minimize stock-outs or overselling.
Platform & Tools Expertise
- Ensure smooth functioning of Shopify storefront including product uploads, pricing updates, discount campaigns, and catalog management.
- Leverage EasyRoutes for effective last-mile delivery tracking, scheduling, and exception handling.
- Integrate and troubleshoot technical issues between platforms to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Team Supervision & Process Management
- Lead and supervise the operations support team handling order fulfillment, returns, and customer escalations.
- Develop and implement SOPs to streamline e-commerce workflows.
- Monitor KPIs such as fulfillment rate, delivery TAT, order accuracy, and return ratios.
Logistics & Vendor Coordination
- Work closely with courier partners and 3PL vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Handle escalations with logistics partners and resolve shipment/delivery issues promptly.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on orders, returns, cancellations, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Track performance metrics and present insights to management for decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience (3 years) in e-commerce operations with hands-on expertise in Unicommerce, Shopify, and EasyRoutes .
- Strong understanding of order management systems (OMS), inventory management, and multi-channel sales operations.
- Knowledge of logistics workflows, shipping integrations, and last-mile delivery processes.
- Team management and leadership experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketplace integrations (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
- Basic knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, or e-commerce app ecosystems.
