Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce & Live Stream Assistant to support daily ecommerce operations and live streaming across multiple platforms and brands. This role is ideal for someone who is independent, organised, and passionate about ecommerce, digital content, and sales performance. You will manage marketplace accounts, coordinate promotions, execute livestream sessions, and analyse data to drive growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce Account Management
Manage and optimise online store accounts (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon)
Stay updated with platform tools, policies, and promotions
Liaise with platform reps and resolve issues promptly
Ensure accurate listings, pricing, and promotional compliance - Operations & Inventory
Coordinate order fulfilment and inventory accuracy
Monitor deliveries and resolve fulfilment issues - Campaigns & Promotions
Plan and execute platform-specific promotions
Collaborate with marketing teams and platform contacts
Track campaign results and recommend optimisations - Live Streaming
Plan and host product livestreams
Prepare content, operate tools, and engage audiences
Review metrics and improve performance - Data & Insights
Analyse sales, traffic, and campaign data
Recommend improvements to listings and strategies - Cross-functional Collaboration
Support customer service improvement and post-sale experience
Work closely with marketing and ops to align efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ecommerce experience across multiple platforms
- Strong knowledge of platform tools, trends, and updates
- Experience in live streaming or video commerce is a plus
- Analytical, organised, and skilled in multitasking
- Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of initiative
