Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting system inefficiencies within the e-commerce platform.
• Support the implementation of improvements to site performance, user experience (UX), and backend processes.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify best practices and trends in e-commerce technology.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to gather requirements for system enhancements.
• Assist in testing new features and updates to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Analyze customer behavior data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Document findings, system changes, and best practices to maintain clear communication across teams.
• Support integration efforts with third-party tools and platforms (e.g., payment gateways, CRM, analytics tools).
• Assist in monitoring website performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
