Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain new contacts and sales leads to achieve set sales targets.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Drive student enrolment numbers through various initiatives such as campaigns, open houses, information sessions, and campus visits.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends in the education sector to formulate effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Take ownership of achieving and surpassing sales targets in alignment with the institution’s core competencies.
- Ensure full compliance with SSG regulations and strict adherence to the Institute’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within the education industry.
- Proven track record in sales management is essential.
- Familiarity with the education market and strong assessment abilities will be an advantage.
