We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented freelance/part-time employment consultant to join our maid agency team.
You will play a key role in matching employers with suitable migrant domestic workers, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring excellent post-sales support.
Responsibilities
- This role involves managing day-to-day agency activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This involves the end-to-end process of the domestic helper placement cycle that includes sourcing, selection, interviews, contract preparation, and client support
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other relevant government agencies.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a maid agency with hands-on knowledge of the maid placement process.
- Must possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
- Familiar with the MOM regulations and wide industry practices.
- Customer-centric; excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team
